Very well maintained and clean structure a few minutes drive from downtown and the Arboretum, with modern and bright furnishings. The room assigned to us was exceptional, very clean, without any smell and with very effective and silent air circulation (via extraction located in the bathroom). The bathroom has very generous dispensers of liquid soap, shower gel and shampoo/conditioner, plus a hairdryer. The room's air conditioning is easily adjusted from a wall panel and works perfectly (although it was not needed during our stay given the mild climate). The desk and office chair are also very comfortable, with a table lamp correctly directed towards the work surface and with numerous sockets available (120V and USB). The staff at the reception were very friendly and helped us choose a good place for dinner. Last but not least, the breakfast buffet available in the morning is also fantastic and very varied, with an excellent choice of tea, coffee, waffles, cereals, jams, yogurt and juices.

We slept through the night without getting up or tossing and turning. The breakfast had a variety and very clean. I can’t say enough! If I’m ever in Dallas again, that’s where I’m staying!

Location is fantastic with easy access. The staff is great Latonya is so welcoming professional. I've stayed there multiple time and entire hotel is always clean. Lobby area is nice for quick meetings while in town and their executive conference room is also good. Bed is comfortable and clean. Some noise from the freeway but it doesn't bother me at all.

The location was clean and near the interstate. The location had great amenities and was in close proximity to the venue of a concert that I attended. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean and spacious. The bathrooms were also very clean and spacious. The free breakfast was delicious.
